Here is a pair of rare Genesis M60 mono blocks. I think only about 200 pairs were ever manufactured. These are reference quality amps, I'm in the process of downsizing and have decided to list these as I currently have more amps than I can use. I purchased these amps about 4 years ago here on Audiogon. The previous seller (original 1st owner) advised me that the amps had just been serviced. I discovered the service invoice with the amps when I got them and it looks like the "service" was nothing but a check up and the amps tested out fine. I have not had any issues with them during my time with them.
The amps are in excellent condition. These are in a "piano black" finish and there are some fine scratches if you really look hard and try to find them, but nothing visible from a foot away. The only scratches I found were a very small (1/4") bottom front right corner and one behind the right front cage post hole. The previous owner also glued in the post ring that holds the cage in place. It is on the back side of the tubes and not noticeable from the front of the amp.
I am including the RCA 5691 Red Base Tubes (purchased 3.5 years ago NOS) the power tubes (4 Gold Lion KT88's) and 4 basic 6SN7 Chinese tubes. The KT88's & 6SN7's all were purchased from Upscale Audio about 6 months ago. That being said, I'm selling the amps, not the tubes. By that I mean I will include the tubes and they are all working fine now and I suspect they all have a lot of life in them, however I do not have a tube tester and am not liable if they falter for some reason. As a side note, I have rolled KT120's in these amps and they sound great too.
They will be shipped in separate factory boxes with all shipping material for safe shipping. Both boxes with be double boxed. Fixed shipping to lower 48. If shipping is lower, I'll refund the difference.

| what is the wattage for each amp and what is the total age and have they been in light use or heavy? I'm Mr. Brown 60wpc with KT88's. Slightly more with KT120's. Original owner purchased new 2007. Put it in storage in 2010. I purchased in 2015. Probably 10hrs a week average use. (different tubes of course) Thanks for the inquiry |
