I am selling this MP1 only because I have made a change in my multichannel setup. I am moving away from music oriented to mainly movie playback. I just can't justify owning the MP1 now.
The unit has just returned from Audio Research for a pre sale checkup. That was a 260.00 fee. They adjusted a couple of things and all is well. I will include the invoice in from ARC in the box for the inspection.
Sorry my phone is weak at pictures. There are no blemishes on the front face plate. One picture looks like a scratch on the front panel but there isn't. One one side there is a slight scuff near the rear and a small spec of a blemish on the side toward the front. There is a hairline scratch on the top.
Buyer pay shipping and 3% fee for PayPal use.
I need to net 2200.00...however we get there.

| Does the MP1 do any processing? I looked at the owners manual but saw nothing about Dolby, bass management..... It doesn't have any sound processing capabilities. This is a solid state, analogue, multichannel preamplifier. I had an Oppo 205 via 5.1 channels via RCA and an exasound e38 multichannel DAC going into two different multichannel inputs. The Oppo and exaSound passed their own processed signals and the MP1 passes it clearly....and actually improves the sound of each unit. |
