For sale is a famous
Analog Research-Technology -The Veloce USB-SPDIF Asynchronous Converter
very little used and in top condition with original Coaxial BNC and
High end USB cable hand made by Pat of Analog Research-Technology.
The Veloce S/PDIF Asynchronous converter was designed as a
no-compromise unit. One that would satisfy the needs of the most serious
computer audio enthusiast, who wants the maximum playback experience
from their Redbook CDs. Yet, do so at a price that makes it attractive
to a beginner in the world of computer audio. In order to avoid costly
compromises, needed to accomodate multiple sampling rates, the Veloce
operates only at 44.1 kHz. The Veloce reflects our expertise in the
design of RF equipment. We not only believe that the Veloce has the
lowest jitter, of any S/PDIF converter, but we also feel it has the most
tightly controlled output impedance available. While these
overly-technical points may not translate well to the layman, it is
these key design features that allow the Veloce to provide a level of
performance that will be difficult to match. In addition, by using the
Streamlength © asynchronous technology, we are proud to manufacture a
unit that will take a back-seat to no other competing unit.
- Asynchronous operation, using Streamlength © technology.
- Transformer output provides for complete galvanic isolation.
- Self-contained power supply, draws no power from computer.
- Extremely low jitter internal clock, provides for highest level of performance possible.
- True 75 ohm output impedance, with military-grade BNC connector.
- Works with the drivers supplied with your computer.
- Operates with 9 V DC input.

*** Up for sale is a " rare" high end USB to SPDIF convertor.
I imported it from USA last year, very little used as good as new.
This is one of the only few units made by Pat of Analog Research-Technology-A-R-T .
After much following I got this rare piece.
Also included are high end special BNC coaxial cable hand made
by Pat which he usually sales for $200 and a BNC to coaxial adapter
for those who do not have BNC on there DAC.
Another high end USB cable hand made by Pat which he usually sales for $150.
I have only used it for one month and then I needed to move my house. So since then it is not used.
In perfectly working contion.
Its plug and play and windows / mac recognizes it immediately. No drivers are needed.
It uses Streamlength techonology from Gordon Rankin from
Wavelength Audio USA. So it is asynchronus USB to SPDIF convertor.
As seen in the picture the "dent was also originally there when pat sent me.
It is in best working condition.
As good as new.
With...
-Special BNC coaxial cable.
-Special high end USB cable
