This is a listing for a very new, very lightly used Allnic H-1201 Phono Stage Preamplifier.

"The H-1201 isn’t a giant slayer if you’re comparing it to phono stages over $10,000, but if you’re comparing it to phono stages under $10,000 it just might be. I have to admit I was quite taken with this little phono stage. It’s well built, looks great, is flexible when it comes to matching cartridges, and best of all – it sounds great!"

"I thoroughly enjoyed listening to, and can highly recommend Allnic Audio's H-1201 phono amplifier. At $2950 [*an older price for an older variation*] it offers exceptional value and performance quality, and also happens to be one of the most attractive phono amplifiers I've seen. A great choice for someone looking for an entry into Allnic."

"Yes, the Allnic Audio H-1201 is ‘distinctively individual’—and yes, some may even say it’s verging on ‘quirky’—and you’re certainly paying for the fact it’s all made almost entirely by hand, and that each one is individually tested and inspected by the designer himself. But the sound… ah, the sound… it’s truly magic!   George Engler"

"The H-1201 is an accomplished entry point into the Allnic line of phono stages. It is not inexpensive and has many competitors at its price point, each offering its own set of virtues. Some solid-stage units are designed to provide lots of quiet gain, often at the reduction of analog's inherent tonal color and presence. Other tube units succeed or fail on the strength of the tubes used, sometimes trading resolution for a romantic glow that can obscure detail. Such is the way of designing a phono stage when cost definitely is an object.
In contrast, what Allnic offers with the H-1201 is perfectionist audio with just enough flexibility to accommodate most cartridges and the elimination of features that might degrade the sound. The H-1201's midrange clarity was first-rate, its bass was precise and tuneful, and its treble was pure and sweet. Ultimately, the H-1201 honored the music and the LPs from which it came. I will miss it."

Questions for the seller
Why are you selling it? Is it under warranty? Thanks!
Hi Kdor I am selling because I purchased a McIntosh MP1100. I did this for two reasons: (1) to have a balanced input option, and (2) to talk with my McIntosh line stage, which is easily controlled by my Savant/iPad. If the Allnic could do either one of these, I most likely would not have made the switch, as I love the sound of it. If what you need is a simple on/off, with 4 gain options, and all tubes throughout (not a hybrid like many others) this little music maker will exceed your expectations, I am confident. It came with two (2) year warranty when I purchased it in August, 2018. So, you have well over a year left. Thanks
