Spectron Signature mkIII

Spectron Amp with Vcap, bybee and fuse ugrades. I previously owned the Spectron without the upgrades and the difference with these upgrades is profound!  While it came with the upgraded fuses provided by Spectron, I moved up to the Audio Horizons' fuses ($500.) for the four internal fuses and I replaced the main AC fuse with a Synergistic Research fuse. The difference was a noticeable (not subtle) improvement. Simply a great amp. 600amps into 8ohms, 800 into 6ohms and 1400 into 2 ohms.  While it can drive anything, It is so musical. It has also performed beautifully with relatively sensitive speakers i used it with (93db).
A tremendous match with the joule electra preamp I also have listed.  Better than a Pass Class A integraded and a 14000. integraded from Symphonic line that i compared side by side. Significantly better! About 2 years ago i moved to a 300b system.
