I have owned this
amp for years and have taken care of it. Amp was sent back to Audio Research for new caps so need to worry. Frankly, I've used
this a few times each month during the past 8 years. It is packed in the original, factory double
box and time for it to go to someone who will enjoy it. I have
moved and downsized. No room for this and my pre-amp (Rogue 99) and KEF
104/2 speakers. All for sale. There are NO issues mechanically,
sonically with this amp. It is as wonderful as ever....detailed, transparent. If I had to guess
I'd say tubes have less than 800 hours. Cosmetically it is in very good
condition. I will clean and polish it up and you will not be disappointed.
