Ars-Sonum Gran Filarmonia 60 watt tube integrated amplifier. This unit was manufactured 12/15/2017. I purchased it from Rich at Signature Sound in NY. I am the second owner and purchased it from Rich in October 2018. it is still under warranty until 12/15/2019. The Gran is in excellent condition and has performed flawlessly. The Ars- Filarmonia are designed and built by one man. The transformers are wound in house. Fit and finish are beautiful. There are two small scuff marks on the stainless top plate just above the volume control. They will likely buff out, but I haven't tried. Otherwise, it is perfect. I am selling it because last weekend I acquired a pair of speakers that are a 2.9 ohm load. I'm keeping the speakers because they were built by a close friend for me. The Gran Filarmonia manual specifically states not to use the amplifier with less than a 4 ohm load. I just purchased a solid state integrated amplifier to use with my new speakers. My new solid state integrated costs substantially more than the Gran Filarmonia, but doesn’t sound as good. Unfortunately, I need the solid state power. I've only put about 50 hours on the amplifier with a pair of Horning Hybrid speakers. The Hornings will be for sale soon as well. The sound quality truly surprised me in a big way. I expected it to be very good based on the reviews of the 30w version, but the sound of the Gran Filarmonia is easily 85-90 percent of the $65,000 tubed separates in my main system. The amplifier is not a push pull or a single ended design. It's a screen grid circuit. It has bass and midrange weight close to a push pull design, but yet it is more refined and has a lot of the single ended finesse. Honesty, it's good enough to never need to upgrade amplifiers again. My understanding is that the Gran Filarmonia is a clear step up from other well known EL-34 amplifiers in this price range. Also, if you ever need service in the future, Signature Sound can service it in NY. I have all the original tubes, manual, and factory double boxes. Will only ship to the U.S or Canada. Please check my feedback.
