Aric Audio Southern 6BQ5 EL84 push-pull

I'm calling this the "I have too many amplifiers sale", and as such am attempting to allow someone the opportunity to purchase these at a great price! They've all been built by me, and used only by me. Included are a full set of tubes (as described), AC power cord and full two year warranty.  
This is a custom built EL84 based push pull amplifier featuring a 5U5GB tube rectifier and a set of 12AT7 (12AX7 and 12AU7 can also be used) input/driver tube. This amplifier can be used directly from a source with 12AX7's or can be driven from a preamplifier when using 12AT or AU7's. This unit is a "one-off" cathode-biased amplifier (no bias adjustments) producing 13 watts per channel in Utra-Linear mode, or up to 6 watts per channel in Triode-Strapped mode (switchable). Other features include a variable feedback/damping control to allow the amplifier to be speaker-centric, 4 and 8 ohm output taps and a volume control to use the amplifier directly from a high gain source (music streamer, CD player, etc.). Included with amplifier is an AC power cord, a quad of brand new Tung Sol EL84, and a brand new pair of Gold Lion 12AT7 input tubes. This amplifier can drive a variety of speakers with plenty of gusto and delivers a very refined and smooth presentation. I've tested this ampliifer with everything from bass-heavy Trip-Hop, to classic rock and classical with excellent results. This will be added to my website as seen for $1850 and I built this strictly to have the demo for photos. This amp rocks! It's 100% point to point wired and uses a well filter choke-regulated, tube rectified power supply, with AC filaments for the tubes and it is DEAD quiet- not even an iota of hum or hiss (ear to the speaker using 97 db efficient loudspeakers. I am trying to sell this amplifier at a great price, and it is brand new and warranteed for 2 years. Thanks for looking.
