Up for sale I have 2 factory matched quads of new in original box Genalex Gold Lion KT77 EL34 6CA7 vacuum tubes that were factory matched and then matched by me with my testing equipment. I think that you need to understand that these new production tube fall very short of old stock quality control standards with it not uncommon for factory testing to miss leakage. I find this especially true, based on limited experience, with tubes from the Sovtek factory. In any case, you can rest easy that these tubes are as advertised and will give you no problems. Below you will see test results from the factory, my Maxi-Matcher and my Triplett 3444 which is used mainly for leakage, shorts, life and gas testing. 2 matched quads are available.

TEST RESULTS:

Quad #1:  lp: 51, 51, 51 and 51 Gm: 8500, 8500, 8500 and 8500 (Factory), ma: 23.6, 24.5, 25.4 &and 24.0 Gm: 4.21, 4.04, 3.57 and 4.36 (Maxi), Gm: 7500, 6600, 7450 and 7400 (Triplett 3444..minimum 3800). A softer (lower current draw) quad........will tend to be a bit warmer than stiffer (higher current draw) tubes.

Quad #2: lp: 46, 47, 47, and 46 Gm: 8200, 8200, 8200 and 8200 (Factory), ma: 21.1, 21.9, 21.6 and 21.5, Gm: 4.01, 4.27, 4.16 and 3.93 (Maxi), Gm: 7750, 7400, 7700 and 7500 (Triplett 3444). Another softer quad as above.

All 8 tubes are identical with identical production dates. All tubes have been factory burned (they say) at least 24 hours. I let each quad settle in the circuit for at least 1 hour before taking my readings. I cant comment on how these tubes compare with other KT77s including old stock but much information can be found. I doubt you will find more thoroughly tested quads. Please remember that most sellers, if not all, rely solely on test results from the factory.

Asking price is per quad. All tubes will be extremely well packed and shipping via insured Priority. Asking price includes shipping (in U.S.) and Paypal fees. Thank you!
