I'm the second owner of this unit (circa 2017) which I have used on/off over a few years in a second system. Simply put, It's simply not getting enough use and would be more happy in your system. Marked as an 8 based on second ownership/age, but in perfect working condition.

Although not photographed, the spec in the box cables are included. The original box is no longer available (but I think the user manual is). But, please trust it will be packed for shipping safe and sound.
