This is a virtually new VAS Nova Elliptical moving coil cartridge - referred to as the "HW Special" as it was designed by Steve Leung of VAS at Harry Weisfeld's request. Harry wanted Steve's great VAS cart available in a version with an elliptical stylus to make for a cart that provides a great sound and would be a snap to set up. This is my personal cartridge. I set it up on my VPI table to make sure it works as designed (it does, beautifully), but I am in the process of downsizing my collection and some carts just have to go. Given its less than 10 hours of use, I think it could qualify as Mint, but I am listing it as Excellent to be conservative.
Comes with all original items - storage box, screws, stylus guard.
