Harbeth Super HL5 Plus

This gorgeous pair of Harbeth Super Hl5+ speakers was purchased from the original owner. They are in optional Tiger Ebony. I believe that the Harbeth retail is $7350.00.  Included are premium British made Hi-Fi Rack stands. They are solid oak in a black satin finish. They retailed for $1090.00. They are easily in a 9+ condition. The original boxes, white Harbeth speakers bags, gold jumper plates and certificates are included. He purchased them from perhaps the oldest Harbeth dealer in the USA, Gene Rubin Audio in California. They were shipped in a double box. They are maybe 1 year old and represent current production. He moved up the Harbeth line. I got these with the intent to down size, but have changed my plans.  The speaker grills have never been removed, something Harbeth promotes. Yes, I set them up and listened to them. They are sublime in every musical audiophile way! NO disappointments. There is no more admired speaker in this class! Another thing I discovered is that Harbeth has their own on line Forum. Its called the Harbeth Use Group. Chief Designer Alan Shaw is a regular on this Blog. Great fun and informative!
