Platinum Audio Quattro w/ 2 Spare Drivers and 1 Tweeter

Pair of Platinum Audio Quattro Speakers. Both were extensively tested before listing, and they sound great! The reason for the "average" condition is for the cosmetic condition of the speaker cabinets. As the pictures show, there are quite a few dings, especially on the sides and edges. The thin vinyl covering over the bases is also coming up in a few spots, which is difficult to photograph but it is coming up. The piano black tops are still beautiful, although there are many light scratches (zooming in on the picture of the tops will show the type of scratches I'm referring to). The grilles are in Average condition, though there are some small areas that have thinned out. Binding posts and bridging bars are in Very Good condition, with no noticeable issues. Again, none of these cosmetic issues affect the sound at all! If you're looking for a pristine set of Quattros, these probably aren't for you. But If you you're looking for a great sounding pair of classic speakers and don't mind some cosmetic damage, these could be a perfect fit. Shipping: Both speakers are double boxed, separately. There is one box that fits snug around the speaker, then 2"x2"x2" polyethylene corner pieces all around, and a thick strip of foam bedding material wedged on all four sides. Should be very secure. If you'd like a shipping estimate, please let me know how you would like it shipped and I can do the research, or you can look it up if you like (Each box is ~80lbs, and 45"x18.5"x14.5") I am happy to use any shipping method you prefer, just let me know. Please do not base a shipping estimate on Audiogon's calculator, I have found it wildly either overestimates or underestimates shipping costs.
