All adapters are about 3/4" wide and will not fit some closer receiver type connections, Damaged adapter from forcing into a 1/4" space is not warrantied. For this application I assemble hi quality custom Cable mounted adapters, please inquire for pricing (cable mount are custom and add cost) and availability.
Cable mount adapters are Neutrik XLR XX Series to Rean RCA with Silver wire, Teflon insulation, Silver Braid, and Teflon jacket.

Important Notes:
#2 - Female XLR x Male RCA are about 6" long when assembled requiring more space behind components, and requiring support if your cables are heavy and large diameter.
I also assemble custom Y cables. Inquire for details.
