Adcom GFA-5802 amplifier sounds great and works as it should. Amp is in nice condition with a few light nicks or scratches. I have owned this amp for several years, and it was well loved in a smoke free home. The reason for selling is I'm downsizing my collection. Please examine the pics and me know if you have any questions. Amp will be well packed to arrive safely. Thanks!
This is a beast and is a Nelson Pass designed low distortion, high power, load tolerant amp that operates in class A up to 10 watts. There are 16 MOSFET output devices per channel which produce a rated 300/450 watts continuous into 8/4 ohms. In a Stereophile review this amp was tested to deliver 362 watts into 8 ohms, 583 watts into 4 ohms, and 900 watts into 2 ohms at 1% THD.
