McKay Dymek DA7 medium wave & long wave AM broadcast band loop antenna in very good condition. Features a dual-gate MOSFET RF amplifier coupled to a 12" ferrite loop that rotates and tilts for peaking a desired station or nulling an unwanted one. Smooth vernier tuning control for operating frequency. AM broadcast (MW) frequency range is approx 540~1610 kHz; long wave covers approximately 130~320 kHz. Works well with a radio communications receiver or a hi-fi AM/FM tuner (with AM antenna terminals). Base unit may be used as an amplified preselector by using the external antenna input.
