This Vintage McIntosh Mac-1900 (manufactured date range was 1973-1978.~~ AM/FM SOLID STATE RECEIVER RATED AT 55W PER CHANNEL.~~ As a Tri-City Electronics Technician (semi-retired age 78) I personally CHECKED,SERVICED,UPDATED,AND DETAILED this Unique receiver. "Recapped capacitors by replacing all Electrolytic capacitors, 8 regular capacitors and several resistors.Lubricated all switches, controls, module contacts. Removed each printed circuit module and resoldered pc connections where needed. Disassembled front glass assembly. cleaned, polished front and back of main glass plates. removed old sponge trim and applied new trim. Aligned AM/FM/tuner and Multiplex module. Replaced 6 dial bulbs.Checked and polished all female input RCA connectors CLEANED AND DETAILED CHASSIS and Metal cages both inside and out. THIS RESTORED RECEIVER LOOKS VERY GOOD. VERY SENSITIVE AM TUNER AS WELL AS GREAT FM TUNER. We will ship in a new McIntosh box. A wood cabinet is available.
