Jadis DA-60 Integrated Amplifier--Very Nice

Late model Jadis DA-60 integrated amplifier in excellent condition.  Serial # 0672.  115V.


Purchased new from Brooks Berdan Ltd in Monrovia, CA, this is a recent version of the DA-60 with the tall blue Jadis capacitors.


Original cover (cage) never used, still in plastic, along with unused screws (see photos). Owner's manual included.


At my request, Jadis technician replaced two of the left and right side speaker cable binding posts with upgraded Cardas Audio binding posts (see photos), for much better spade contact (see photo). 


Small amount of tarnish on gold faceplate, much less than usual considering the well-known gold tarnish on Jadis faceplates.  Cosmetically quite good all around. 


Comes with eight near new, matched and strong Genalex Gold Lion KT 88 power tubes, all marked with accurate values; three very strong matched Telefunken smooth plate ECC82 input tubes, and two strong matched Brimar ECC83 transfer/driver tubes. Sonically, this is an excellent tube combination.


This unit is without question the finest integrated amp that I've ever listened to.  If you're looking for an integrated with the magic Jadis sound, look no further.


This integrated amp is heavy and I will not chance ordinary shipping where it could be mistreated; I'm inclined to ship freight, very safely boxed, and will work seriously with buyer on reasonable shipping cost.  Will ship only to the CUSA.  


Important---Please note:  To avoid shipping issues I would be willing to personally deliver, arrange to meet the buyer, at no shipping cost to the buyer, halfway between Denver, CO, and most cities in the Midwest or the West Coast.  If interested in this delivery-safe option, please let me know.  Of course, local pickup is always welcome.
