Shunyata Research MPC-12 Power Conditioner (with SSF38 feet)

Up for sale is a Shunyata MPC-12 power distributor and surge protector.  The unit comes with Shunyata's SSF-38 stainless steel feet (a $250 value) to control vibration. It does not include a power cord. The unit is in perfect condition functionally and sonically. I rated it "very good" cosmetically because minor scuffing is visible around the power outlets (see pictures).  
The Shunyata MPC-12 is a 12-outlet power distribution and surge protection product designed for computer-based audio systems that contain audio amplifiers, preamps, DACs, streamers and similar audio playback equipment along with computer gear such as computers, laptops, monitors, routers, and external hard drives. 

For components plugged into the MPC-12's audio zone, Shunyata uses its proprietary CCI filter arrays to reduce noise caused by the power line and component-to-component interference. Components plugged into the computer zone are electrically ‘firewalled’ from the audio zone thereby preventing the computer gear from contaminating the performance of audio playback. Noise reduction between the zones can exceed 40db.   

For surge protection, the MPC-12 uses Shunyata magnetic breakers. The MPC-12 Series power distributors are designed using Shunyata's DTCD® analysis and carry a 20-Amp continuous rating allowing them to power entire systems including high powered amplifiers.

Here are a few of the Shunyata technologies used in the MPC-12 (taken from Shunyata's product description).
CCI (‌COMPONENT-TO-COMPONENT ISOLATION).  ‌CCI filters reduce power line conducted and radiated noise from one component to another.

SDC – SHUNYATA DIGITAL COIL.  The digital coil is unique in that it simultaneously provides common mode and differential mode noise reduction. The SDC isolates high frequency noise without significantly affecting the micro and macro dynamic range of the music.
 
HIGH-CURRENT A.C. INLET.  The MPC-12 Series is fitted with a HUBBELL IEC C20 inlet that is rated at 20-Amps of current.  It has massive electrical contacts, and it is treated in Shunyata Research’s Cryogenics computer controlled cryogenics facility.

SURGE PROTECTION.  The MPC-12 provides 40,000 amps of surge protection. It also includes fault detection circuitry and an LED status indicator that monitors its operation.   
VIBRATION CONTROL.  The MPC-12 uses Shunyata's isolation footers. This particular unit improves on that by adding Shunyata SSF-38 stainless steel feet.
