I am selling my beloved SONY HAP-Z1ES High-Resolution File Player. I have only used the unit for a very short time. Basically this unit is a music-file player like an iPod, but it improves on Apple's paradigm in every way. It can play and enhance the sound of almost any format, lossless, or lossy: DSD ( DSF, DSDIFF at 2.8 or 5.6 MHz), PCM ( 16-,24-,or 32 bit at 44.1, 48, 88.2, 96, 176.4 or 192 KHz), WAV, AIFF, FLAC, ALAC, ATRAC, MP3, AAC, and WMA. It has a 1 TB hard drive for storage, and supports the attachment of an additional drive via USB. I will include a 4TB hard drive which has already stored thousands of songs of many different type of music. It offers wired and wireless network connectivity to/from your computer, so that you can upload, download, back up, and restore your files, and enjoy internet radio streaming via vTuner. It's called a DSD Remastering Engine which can upconvert any digital source to 128fs DSD. Sony has included it's Digital Sound Enhancement Engine (DSEE) which restores a natural sound to compressed files. If you go for digital music, you can't miss this wonderful machine.

Questions for the seller |

What kind of music is on the hard drive ? Could you give some examples? Dear Sir,
I bought this hard drive from an Audiogon audiophile. It contains thousands of songs including classical and popular songs from 60 to 90. As I have already disconnected my system and can't read the content, I can't give you the song list. I will put up on the listing when it's available. |
Did you ever check the hard drive so you could give me a better idea of the types of music that is on it and how much?Interested. Thanks The hard drive stored thousands of songs from 60's to 90's and classical music. It's a gift as the unit itself worth more than my listing price. Hope you won't miss this opportunity. Thanks for your interest. I have just reduced the price to $1200. I will include the shipping if you are in USA/Canada areas. |
