Aesthetix Calypso

As most are well aware, this is one of the great pre-amp line stages. There are few that are so well designed that they have a life-span of many years with upgrade options available to increase performance....a tube-rollers paradise, included with this unit are matched pairs: Tung-Sol 12ax7 current production, Amperex 6DJ8 NOS, Matsushita(60's)branded National 12ax7 & 6DJ8 NOS, Siemens-Halski 12ax7NOS, Brimar 12ax7(England) & Electro Harmonix 6922 current production, Chinese 12ax7 current prod. Telefunken 7DJ8 from Upscale Audio. All others are matched pairs sourced from VTS or Aesthetix. All tubes are working as of when last used which spans the time from my purchase in 2010 until now, which was the Tung-Sol/Amperex pairs. I'm 2nd owner. Unit is in great-sounding order, one cosmetic nik  on front upper right can be seen in pix, a few  marks on the left side, hard to see; not scratch, more a scuff. I have had great fun with this piece but need to downsize. Also, the power cord pictured is included. Buyer pays shipping.  Split pay-pal.
