Elac Adante AS61 [Template]

Excellent condition Elac Adante AS-61 in Rosewood finish for sale. Conservatively rating them a 9 for fingerprints on the cabinet but nothing that won't wipe off.

These are simply outstanding speakers. Incredible imaging with their concentric drivers, and with their novel sealed design, they have the cleanest, most articulate bass I've heard in any speaker less than $15k. Selling due to upgrade.

The floor standing version of these speakers - the AF-61 makes the Stereophile A-list of recommended components: https://www.stereophile.com/content/recommended-components-2019-edition-loudspeakers - having auditioned both, these are 95% the same speaker without the 10Hz at the bottom end, and far easier to incorporate into a room with a subwoofer if needed.

Purchased in December 2018 from Crutchfield, and used as a weeknight system in my smoke-free Manhattan condo.

All original packing materials and boxes included one large double-box for each speaker. Prefer local pickup in midtown Manhattan but willing to arrange shipping at buyer's expense.

Purchased new for $2500, price is $1650 net to me - you get like-new speakers for 2/3 of the cost!
