Jadis JP 80 preamplifier with top upgrades... (cannot emphasize enough how great they are)! The mods added substantial sound staging, capturing ambience and transients, texture, detail, live “like feeling” and extra strong “goose bumps” effect to the rendition of most recorded music material!

Dual chassis (separate, dedicated power supply) Jadis JP 80 a legendary reference grade preamplifier, seldom offered for sale and, almost never heavily upgraded as this combo set is.

Upgrading mods were made by a top local Toronto technician (with an engineering degree in electronics and a very extensive, +25  years hands on experience in high end audio gear), following both the guidelines of Mr. Arthur Salvatore (please observe some instructions here: http://www.high-endaudio.com/Modifications.html ), and also few of his own principles.

As the mods to the gear are less than two years ago, most parts are in a like new condition. Of course, nothing that could have deteriorate the sound has been replaced (chassis, trannies, the point to point soldering concept, etc.). Elaborations on the actual mods subject available to the interested parties. Nevertheless, I've posted some pictures of the mods done on the main unit, but not of the power supply, as well. I have lots more documentation on both. Just ask!

Last, and... least it comes with gold fuses from HiFi Tuning in Germany.

If bought as a package, together with the associated JP pre-amplifier (BTW, a new stock  JA80 MkII cost new now over 20k U$, and our upgraded pair is offered separately for 9.8k U$ only, (again about half the cost of the upgrading!) then 16k U$ will take both amps and the dual pre-amplifier.

Preamplifier is currently set on the 120V factory setting, but switch to 240V is available by demand.
