I have only had this player for about 2 months. It works well and is in like new condition. The more I have been breaking it in, the smoother the sound has gotten. This is a highly featured DAC in terms of inputs and GUI. The bluesound OS is also wonderful to use; I prefer it to Roon because it allows you to browse by folder! I upgraded the firmware to feature room correction (Dirac); I don't know how well it works because DSP is not my cup of tea. I'm only selling because I have decided to upgrade to a Schiitt Yggdrasil. Please note that price is firm.
