First please know that I am a life long audiophile who is extremely meticulous and attentive when it comes to taking care of any equipment that I own – it is an investment and should be treated as such.

Please also be aware that I value a balanced presentation and musicality and choose my equipment based on those basic tenets and budget.

Offered from my pet, smoke, and child free home is this superb cartridge. I am selling only because I recently splurged to acquire a totally new [and expensive] analog front end.  I really thought twice about keeping this cart as a back-up.  It has given me many moments of pure analog pleasure.

You simply won’t find a better cartridge under $5K and better deal.  Do the research if you aren't familiar with this cartridge.

It has about 300 hours on it [about a 5th or 6th of the estimated life of the stylus] and is absolutely pristine.  I ritually cleaned the stylus after every LP.  I also thoroughly clean all my records with an Audio Desk Systeme Pro ultrasonic cleaner, therefore no gunk was ever deposited on the stylus, let alone allowed remain there.
