Up for quick grabs is a pair of Pat McGinty’s Meadowlark Kestrel loudspeakers. I bought these from their original owner years ago right here on Audiogon.
They’ve seen very light use over the past 5 or 6 years.
The pictures tell the whole story here. The socks were sagging beyond repair, so I did away with them. The cabinets have some laminate peel and I used some black duct tape to conceal that on the bottom of each.
Frequency response: 38hz - 20khz Effiency: 89db 6.5” woofer, 1” soft dome tweeter both manufactured in Denmark. 8ohms. Minimum power: 10 watts
These are impressive “ little “ loudspeakers. In a room smaller than mine they will shine, as they had in my girlfriend’s living room the past few years. Google the brand and read about how cool a guy McGinty was. These aren’t your run-of-the-mill “entry level” speakers.
They ain’t 100% spiffy, so if you’re looking for a furniture grade addition to your hifi setup these ain’t gonna suit that requirement. They are 100% functional, the drivers are without indents, ripples, or evidence of little, curious fingers.
I have 100% positive feedback here selling and buying. I take my reputation here seriously. I am not taking offers. I am not shipping - period.
Thanks for looking in.
