I am the original owner of this fully loaded piano black VPI Signature turntable with the 10" 3D printed arm that I bought new and had professionally installed from my local dealer. The Signature with this arm sold for $6000. Included is a really nice acrylic full cover ($400), the stainless steel Record Center Weight, the $1000 Periphery Outer Ring Clamp (a phenomenal upgrade and must-have to get the most out of this turntable), the awesome $1400 VPI Synchronous Drive System to perfectly control the RPM (also a must-have to max this), and the balanced cable junction box ($300) to improve the sound even further if your phono pre takes a balanced input (also including the standard single-ended RCA output box of course). I am not including a cartridge. This table combo sounded amazing with my Lyra Kleos, but of course there are dozens of other great recommendations for matches out there (both more and less expensive).

If you are looking then you know what an awesome all-American turntable and tonearm this is, with amazing dynamics and PRAT. It's a great-value end-game set-up for sure, and the only reason I'm selling is to finance a 3-arm custom Garrard rig I've wanted for a decade.

Here's the fine print:

I'm listing these as LOCAL PICKUP ONLY IN COLUMBUS OHIO. With the right buyer I will consider driving them up to two hours away from me, which will get them to most parts of Ohio if you want to make the other part of the drive from where you are.

Why will I not ship? I have a couple of close audio friends and we buy and trade A LOT of equipment between the 3 of us, in 3 different parts of the country. FedEx, USPS, and UPS ALL have developed terrible habits and resulting damage (or lost) items for the 3 of us on a regular basis, especially with heavy, expensive and fragile tube and vinyl equipment. We have had a TON of issues that are frankly not acceptable, and I simply refuse to take the risk for the sake of me, you, and the equipment...sorry, I know that makes it painful to you if you're not close or out of the country and limits my ability to reach interested parties, but this is the situation.
I'm conservatively rating these as an 8 because I've gently used this turntable weekly for about 3 years), but I suspect when you get them you will easily think they are a 9 and sound like a 10. There are some scratches on top of the acrylic cover, but the rest of equipment is nearly spotless aside from some dust and fingerprints that will obviously clean up and come off. Smoke-free home.

I have all the boxes, short of the one for the periphery ring and I don't remember if there was a seperate box for the arm since I had it professionally installed from the dealer and didn't watch him unbox.
Buyer pays 3% for paypal.

Don't miss your chance to steal this setup at almost half of the price of new. Contact me with any questions. I don't currently have it hooked up for audition as I don't have a cartridge for it but I suppose I could figure that out if that is an important step for you before purchase.

Thanks for your consideration.
