Bought these 2A3 from an Audiogoner. Used them for a short time in a DAC, but went in another direction. Not much strain put on them in this application. They work fine. When I bought them they tested NOS. I do not have a tester, but did not use them long and again, did not use them in a power tube situation.
Shipping included in the CONUS.
