For sale is a New York Audio Labs Moscode 300 amplifier W/ Musical Concepts Platinum Upgrade.
The package includes Tiffany RCAs, Cardas Gold binding posts, upgraded power supply with double the capacitors, and premium capacitors throughout.
The sound is clear, detailed, super dynamic, and produces impressive slam.The Moscode is quite impressive sheer power.
Designed by Harvey "Gizmo" Rosenberg", the construction of this amp is very close to PS Audio BHK amps. Tube driver stage into a MOSFET output.
There is a very slight transformer hum. This is common to this amp model. It cannot be heard through the speakers, just from the transformer, it can’t be heard from 3 feet away. The black cooling heat sinks on the side a faded. This is also common to this model. None of the two mentioned factors affect performance or the sound.
The amp has been inspected and all electronics are good.
