Items must be returned in their original condition, with all included packing materials and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all shipping return costs unless the item was not received as described.
Buyer will receive a full refund in the original payment method less any shipping charges.
Packaging: We offer the best custom packaging in the business - period. When factory boxes are not available, we utilize a Spray-in foam machine to create a custom, foam-injected mold that is form-fitted to each product. We invested over $5000 in this equipment to ensure that each product we sell arrives safely and our customers have a reusable box for future use. When factory boxes are available, we always double box.
Payment: We accept all forms of payment including credit cards. We never charge our customers for Paypal or other processing fees.
International Customers: We welcome business from around the globe. Please contact us in advance of purchase for a shipping quote. You are responsible for voltage conversion. You are responsible for all customs duties / taxes as required by your country. Only Paypal with verified address or bank transfer accepted for International orders. It is your responsibility to determine the compatibility of the specified product for your country. No returns accepted for voltage or other forms of incompatibility.
Returns: Every product we offer carries a 14-day, satisfaction-guaranteed return policy unless stated otherwise in the product description.** Additionally, every pre-owned product purchased directly at www.tmraudio.com carries a 45-day warranty. During the 14-day return period, a return or exchange can be requested for any reason. If the product is defective in some way, TMR will cover all related shipping costs. Refunds for other reasons will not include S&H costs. All return requests must be approved and a return authorization issued before return will be accepted. Basic troubleshooting measures require the cooperation of the customer and are expected to be carried out before a product is deemed “defective”. During the 45-day warranty period, we will repair (at our expense) any products that are found to be defective. If we can not repair, we will replace with something comparable or issue a full refund. New product lines for which TMR is an authorized dealer carry additional manufacture warranties.
