For sale is a vintage Audio Research SP-3a-1 tube pre-amplifier from 1975 in perfect working condition. Some work was done prior to us receiving it, then our techs finalized its functionality to perfection. Only blemishes lie around the screw holes (slight hissing sound during warm-up, but nothing to worry about).
This particular pre-amp has a high gain stage better suited for lower powered vacuum tube/ solid state amplifiers. Clean sound with acute detail attention.
