The rest of the surround system is on another listening (Vandersteen 2CE and Vandersteen VCC-1 center channel) that can used a full surround system. Lower price to 450.00 on VLR

I know they aren't the vlr wood but I believe they made vlr and vlr-1
Look nice how old and anything wrong with the them?

Bob THEY ARE THE VLR SERIAL NUBERS 1918 AND 1919. THEY ARE IN OAK FINISH. I THINK I BOUGHT THEM IN 2002. THEY CAME OUT IN 2000. ON THE ORIGINAL BOX IT SAYS VLR OAK. THEY ARE IN GREAT SHAPE. I USED THEM AS SURROUND REAR SPEAKER FOR A SHORT TIME. I GOT OUT OF HOME THEATRE AND WENT TO 2 CHANNEL, I ALSO HAVE THE MATCHING CENTER CHANNEL SPEAKER. ALSO IN GREAT SHAPE.
