The recently released Denafrips Ares 2 resistor-based DAC. One owner only in an environment free of smoke and pets. Used very briefly in A/B comparison to another piece which ultimately sounded very slightly better to my ears in my setup. But make no mistake, the Ares is outstanding, as most reviews also attest. The merchant's website linked below details all the specifications and technical information, as well as (2nd link) the transferable warranty information. Note the warranty has 35 of 36 months remaining and is fully transferable to the new owner. Unit will be sent in the original packaging will all paperwork.
