Audio Research VT-130 (NEAR MINT)!

This add is for a beautiful Audio Research VT-130 amplifier, which has been  reconditioned and upgraded (9/19) by Avatar Engineering at a cost of $770. Included in the service are: All electrolytic capacitors were upgraded with higher capacitance audio grade units, the main coupling caps were replaced with ultra hi-end Teflon Film and  Mundorf Oil capacitors in the regulation stage, ( tremendous improvement in clarity, soundstage and realism). Key resistors were replaced with  Tantalum 1% units. All new tubes!, the power tubes were replaced with the Sovtek 6550WE's. All switches and and connectors were cleaned, adjusted etc. Cosmetically other than a very minor scuff or two its in pristine shape. One owner, non smoker and no pets! Comes with the original box. This classic reference level amp had sounded wonderful before the refurbishment, However after the service its absolutely phenomenal and I would compare it to anything out there period!
