"Compared to the 100 year old knob and tube wiring of my previous home, the sound in the new room is smooth as a summer lake in the gloaming. Frankly, I expected the impact of either Stealth Purifier to be negligible, at best.

Turns out, I was way wrong. After playing the Gold Note IS-1000 connected straight into the socket for a month or so, I unplugged it, plugged in the original Stealth Purifier, and then plugged the IS-1000 into that. All of sudden, I immediately thought of Dave's review. I could say it differently, but probably not any more accurately:

V2/DMT Upgrade

The Bybee V2 is placed strategically inside the Stealth, after all other line conditioning to ensure maximum impact on the Hot, Neutral and Ground legs. Then 7 DMT Qubes are placed inside the Stealth. One on each AC receptacle, one on the AC inlet and two over the main filter box. This in combination with the V2 takes the performance to a whole new level, well beyond the $995 price tag. Image density, low level resolution and soundstage envelopment (beyond width, depth and height) is jaw dropping.
