Sonore microRendu with 1.4 update
The 1.4 update is a revision to the original microRendu's main board updating it from from version 1.3 to version 1.4. The new version 1.4 main board shares among other thing one of the key components in the ultraRendu. The update changes the oscillator utilized for the CPU and the USB regenerative circuit while the remaining circuit design remains unchanged
This was updated to 1.4 in July 2017. The price for the update was $235. For some reason Sonore did not put the 1.4 sticker on the case. Please see photos for two examples of proof: 1) crop of my Paypal receipt 2) a photo showing the board color. Contact Sonore and they will tell you what color the 1.4 board should be.
Please see the photos and note the slight bend in the case above the Ethernet port. I only just noticed this when shooting photos. It does not affect performance. My price reflects this.
