This is the last of the Nakamichi 3 head decks with the much sought after manual azimuth adjustment to dial in any tape particularly those recorded on another deck. This is circa 1992 and retailed for $1500. then. I purchased it from a fellow 'Goner who had it checked serviced and adjusted to factory specs. There is a scratch on the upper right that I tried to capture in one of the photos otherwise it would easily be an 8. All functions work properly. I have used it sparingly as I now have the reel to reel bug. It does not have the original packaging but the guy I bought it from packed it really well and I kept the box/packaging. See my feedback and buy with confidence. Nakamichi DR-1
