Selling my Octave Audio MRE 220 Tube Mono Power Amplifiers. I upgraded to the Octave Jubilee Mono SE.
The Octave MRE 220 Mono Amps include 4 KT-120 tubes per amplifier (plus 2 spares) and are rated at 220 W RMS into 4 Ohms and 300 W Impulse Power. The Amps can drive very demanding speakers, with the power of a solid state and the beauty of tubes. I sold my previous high-end solid state amp after comparing with these Amps. These Amps were every bit as great on the lows and added much musicality to the mids and highs.
I purchased these Amps from an authorized dealer approximately 4.5 years ago. The Amps are in silver finish and have been very lightly used and are in overall perfect condition - with the exception of a very slight "nick" on the top of one of the Amps (as shown in the photo) caused by removing the protective cage off of the Amp (you must look very close to even see it).
