“Mastering begins with scrupulous awareness of what you have
to work with. Exceptional monitors and exceptional amplifiers are essential.”

-Steve McCormack

The McCormack DNA 125 Stereo Power Amplifier

Creating components of unvarnished MUSICAL truthfulness, as a recording and mastering
engineer, Mr. McCormacks goal was to simply recreate the lifelike dynamics and clarity of
a live performance in your home.

This 2 channel solid state power amplifier operated for many
years without a flaw, in a conservative system driving a pair of Dynaudio Contour
S 5.4’s up until the original owner required an upgrade for a new listening space a few months ago.

Upon listening to the DNA 125, one should immediately notice a coherent combination of power, musical ease and spectral extension with a very convincing sense of image body and placement.

Questions for the seller
when was this model current in the product line up ? thanks
Greetings, The McCormack DNA 125 was introduced in yr 2000, manufactured by Conrad Johnson. While a little mature amongst designs on the market today, this amplifier is STILL A SOLID CHAMP at portraying the soul of the music! What loudspeakers do you intend to power with this amp, if I may ask? Best, Wayne W. vosneromanee Warehouse Manager
