I think this could safely be called a modern classic at this point?
The serial number indicates it was manufactured in October of 2004 (just checked with GS).
I have owned it for about 7 years. It won out in my own comparison of a number of pres. It just feels like time to switch things up- part of the fun of this hobby.
Includes PSU 1 power supply, the 230 volt version. Also includes an AC/AC converter that provides more than enough wattage to power it properly and may actually act as an extra level of power filtering.
Condition is good- note this pre stays “on” at all times- upon initial connection to AC it takes a minute or so to warm up and create sound. It sounds better after it’s been attached for a day or so, so I don’t recommend putting it on a switched outlet. There is more info on this on the GS website.
