One owner, works perfect, no problems.  Purchased new in 2005.  Original box, original remote, original owner's manual.  PDF version of manual available, downloaded in 2013.  Does not play Blu-ray or 4K.  No HDMI.  I am selling because I upgraded to a more recent Sony universal player, plus wife wants basement cleaned out.  Smoke-free home.  I would list it as an 8 or a 9 except it has one very tiny scratch on the top of the front panel which you cannot see unless looking up close.  Retailed for $400 but Onkyo put these units on 50% sale at that time.  UPS ships from Westford, MA 01886.  USPS ships from Littleton, MA 01460.  FedEx ships from Groton, MA 01450
