Purchased new in May 2019- like new with original boxes/paperwork. The factory warranty is still valid and I'll send you the receipts just in case. It works flawlessly and has never had an issue.   
Offers outputs of 5V, 7V, 9V, and 12 volts.
NOTE: Does not include the picture Uptone USB adapter

I also have for sale in a separate listing, the SotM SMS-200 Neo. It's an incredible Roon endpoint solution. I used this power supply with that unit. If you're looking for a streaming solution, I highly recommend getting them together and would offer a discount.         Read up on the reviews for this combo- which are both new models released this year. It's been an incredible sound in my system with Roon. I hate selling it but I agreed with the wife to get a one box solution so she can just press one button to listen to the system. If you have a non-tube DAC (so you can keep it on all the time) and/or wife that can press a few buttons, then buy my Lampizator Amber II DAC also listed on Audiogon and I'll cut you a deal.
