Since I am funding a new power amp build, something had to go. Don't worry, I made two of these, and so I will keep one for myself ;).................
.........This is a Pete Millett Design using a Korg NU-TUBE. I just had to hear what Pete had done this time, and built the kit from the best parts that I could find. You will see a rectangular shaped twin triode tube on the circuit board. One of the most unique tubes that I have ever encountered.   
..........Wima, Nichicon, Alps, Manley Labs, silver coated copper wiring, and more make up the internal components and connections here. No apology choices are used so that I don't have to wonder when the build is complete. I have sold many buffer amp units and rebuilt Carver Sonic Hologram units for many years. This is not my first Rodeo, as we say in Wyoming. I use Wonder solder, along with any product that I feel is going up the value/performance ratio. 
..............This particular buffer amp has what some are searching for in a buffer amp, i.e. tube sound. Best thing is, that knob on the rear of the unit allows you to vary just the right amount of tubiness for your taste. 
...................The power supply is made by Pangea, and is a regulated power supply, meaning that it does not depend on AC voltage to be exact to hold it's output voltage steady. It is also highly filtered and quiet. Also, it is built robustly, weighing more than you might expect. ........
