We are the official Aries Cerat Distributors in Spain and we have an Ex-demo Genus 25W SET Integrated amplifier for sale. 
A big bottle SET weighing in at 67 kilos, this amplifier has outstanding performance and outperforms any other SET we have heard so far at any price. It is only 11 months old and is used in our demo system with the Aries Cerat Kassandra Ref II DAC.

The Genus is effectively a compact version of the Incito pre-amplifier mated to the powerful 813 power tubes and has huge output transformer for each channel. It also has 3 huge capacitors in the power supply which gives the driving stages room to breath and perform at their best. The 813 power tubes used in the Genus are more powerful than a typical 845 or 211 tube configuration.

This is part of the reason it has such amazing dynamics and control, unlike many other designs with tend to use small transformers and tiny capacitors in the power supplies.

Superb dynamics and bass control Capable of powering almost any speaker, we generally recommend >90db for ultimate performance. 

The amplifier is big even by power amplifier standards. Don't be fooled by the price, or the fact the Genus is a baby in the Aries Cerat range. This amplifier has world class performance.    
The Genus has the liquid midrange you would expect from a top SET amplifier, a purity of timbre and natural organic sound. It is taking the best from midrange of a 300B and dynamics of the 211, with the speed and control of the best solid state. A having no capacitors in the signal path nothing is lost from source to output. 
Remote volume The Genus has relays for volume control which surpasses traditional potentiometers. It comes with a nice remote for volume and input selection, mute and balance control.

Soft Start It has an advanced soft start circuit to extend tube life. Typically the input tubes can perform for 10,000+ hours. 
Tube bias The Genus has on the fly tube bias for both the input and output tubes. You can fine tune the sound using the built in volt meter. We will supply the Genus with 2 sets of NOS RCA 813 power tubes, 1 set of NOS Mullard 813, and 3 sets of Siemens E280F.

Ultimate headphone amplifier  The Genus has a dedicated 6.2mm socket off the OPT to power any known headphone. We have demonstrated the Abyss TC and Audeze LCD4 off the Genus and it is simply incredible performance.   It is the ultimate Headphone Amplifer.  
Voltage It is EU voltage so 230V. We prefer to sell to the EU zone, but can discuss options if required, though voltage is fixed at 230V.  

Quote from the website:  The Genus integrated is 25W in Class A1 and can peak to 40W in transients in Class A2 yet only has two gain stages. It takes key design ideas from our Concero 25 monoblock circuit. It is effectively a small stereo SET amplifier driving a bigger stereo SET in one chassis. 

The input / driver stage is a small 0.7W SE amplifier built around the Siemens E280F super triode and is loaded with a double c-core bifilar wound interstage transformer. This single tube stage offers maximum linearity and bandwidth for maximum transparency. No coupling capacitors are present anywhere in the circuit.

The small SE amplifier uses our proprietary AC link coupling technology. This technology uses the secondary winding of the first SE amplifier to modulate the biasing circuits of the bigger 813 tube output stage. AC link coupling technology is used in all of our bigger amplifier models.

The four tubes have independent power supply units (PSUs) which are fed from a large 800VA toroid transformer. The PSUs carry their own choke filtered capacitor bank.
The output stage power supply units again use our super capacitor technology. These top specification film capacitors have one to two orders of magnitude lower ESR and ESL than any electrolytic or film capacitor used in audio today, and have a maximum current surge specification exceeding 1000 amps.

The two 813 directly heated triode (DHT) tubes use triple passively filtered filament PSUs. DHT tubes are extremely sensitive to noise present in their filament circuits. Our passively filtered system is fault proof and provides an extremely low noise floor with very high bandwidth and, as part our design philosophy, is without feedback.

Bias of both the driver and output tubes can be adjusted on the fly using the built-in bias meter, so you can tailor the sound to your taste. A self resetting soft start is used to slowly build up the high voltages present and protect the tubes from any current surges at start up.

Volume and input selection is controlled with the amplifier’s built in relay system and supplied remote control. We find this far exceeds the sound quality obtained by conventional potentiometers.

Inputs: 4 RCA pairs, 1 XLR pair (balanced). Outputs: Speaker and headphone out. Speaker output impedance is pre-configured on order from 1-16 ohms and comes with a two-position output impedance selector as standard. The headphone out is user switchable to high or low output impedance for maximum compatibility.
