Very nice cosmetic condition VS115 tube power amp. Mint except for a slight blemish on silver top plate. Sonically the amp is perfect and comes with KT120 output tubes with slightly less than 400 hrs on them. I highly prefer the KT120s to 6550s. They sound better and are much more rugged and reliable. The 4 6H30 tubes have 3870 hrs. on them so they need replaced and I will include 4 new 6H30s. Considering this, the price of $2500 is firm. As an Audio Research dealer, I sold this amp new to the current owner. Complete with everything the amp comes with as new, including the owner's manual, bias adjustment plastic screw driver, shorting loops for balanced inputs, extra fuses, original box and all packing including the boxes and packing for the tubes. Will ship to U.S., Canada, and Hong Kong. Payment by Paypal or bank wire transfer.

No, I worked for Audio Research dealers for 35 years and am selling this amp for the original owner. He purchased this amp from me when I worked was the sales manager at Progressive Audio, an Audio Research dealer in Columbus at the time. |
