Rotel RX-1052 receiver w/mm phono make offer

i’ve had a few members ask about preamp out. on this unit it’s called zone-out instead of pre-out on other versions. see pic of rear connections near the phono input. i also included a pic of the manual’s description & diagram: shows connection going to a separate power amp with different speakers, which is what preamp out does.  the yellow plugs are for video. it switches sound and picture with each input, but only composite video connection, which is rare now. 
i’m the original owner. bought new 10 yrs ago for the tv system. it’s been unused since we got an hd smart tv 5 yrs ago. the sound from the tv itself is good enough and the family hates too many remotes. 
the faceplate is excellent since it was hardly touched, but remote has normal wear. everything works perfectly. i brought into the main listening room and tested all line inputs and made sure mm phono works too. both speakers a&b work as well.
