Original owner McIntosh MC-2125, 120 watts per channel, purchased new in Westfield NJ in 1980. Slight wear on the screen behind the glass and the bottom two left knobs were damaged years ago resulting in the "meter range" switch getting broken internally. It is on the watts setting and I was told not to change settings so never touched it. (Audio Classics said they can make this function again) but meters work perfectly on the watts setting which is only one I would use anyway..
Works great and sounds clean and clear. Selling because I've gone the high efficient speaker and low powered tube amp route. Light use. I have the original manual, marketing materials, warranty card. I have a new McIntosh factory shipping box.
I also have a C-28 Preamp in very nice condition.

| Has the amp ever been benched or looked at by a technician? Thanks again Dear Thesnakefoot, It has been gone over and tested and is working fine. It's used 3-4 days a week. The same Mc certified tech went through the pre and I think did a poor job with it. So, yes and no. |
