I purchased these B&Ws new from an authorized dealer in 1998 and used them for a few years in my main system (until I brought in a pair of full-range, floor-standing speakers). Since then, play time was been limited, and for the past year or so they have been unused. You can expect a need to break them in again when placed into your system.
The biggest cosmetic point to note is that the speakers sat on Vibrapods® during most of the time they were in use and the pods left visible marks on the bottom of each unit. (See photos.) I never tried removing the blemishes as it wasn’t an issue for me, so I don’t know whether they can be cleared up. There are also a few small scratches on the side and bottom of one unit, which are visible in the photos.
Will be shipped together in a single container, double-boxed, via FedEx.
