Shunyata Research Zitron Python 1.8m 20 amp C19

Second model from the top in the Zitron line at $2,000 only surpassed by the Anaconda at $3,500. This is configured with a US AC connector and a C19 component connector for 20 amp applications such as power conditioner to wall or power amp. You can also use the Shunyata C20/C15 adapter with it to power 15 amp components.

The Python delivers impressive sound with its massive 9 ga. conductors and is capable of supplying huge amounts of current. It's also surprisingly flexible and will accommodate tight spaces and turns.

Purchased new from an authorized Shunyata dealer, I have been using this to connect a Shunyata Triton power conditioner to wall receptacle with excellent results; superb dynamics, large sound stage, great imaging, liquid mids and tight powerful bass. For those not familiar with it's history, the Zitron model was a departure from the warm lush sound of past Shunyata power cables to a more linear response with better dynamics which has been maintained in all subsequent models.

This has never been connected to a cable burn in device which is what Shunyata recommends. It's been fully broken in through normal system usage. Cosmetically it's perfect.
