This is a combination listing. The original Berkeley Audio Alpha DAC ($5,000), the companion USB to AES converter ($1800) and 1m Audioquest Wild all silver AES/EBU digital cable ($2475). This was my demo unit. The DAC does not have USB and the two pieces are required to use USB. The AQ cable connect the Alpha USB to the DAC. There is one small white dot on the USB piece that I touched with a Sharpie. The DAC itself is excellent and the Wild cable in very good condition. I rated it 8 to be conservative. All in excellent working order. I'm pricing it at at a level that looks high for the DAC only, is a bargain as a combination. Insured shipping included, signature required. Thanks
